I think the spankee started to say that this was normally an off day...!!! I had a few female bosses similar to her. As impossible tasks, change deadlines, take someones lunch out of the staffroom fridge. That one go the whole staff infighting so that even if you happened to witness 'things going on' or others saw what the boss did or made you do. Nobody stood-up for anyone. Which is of course what this/these women want. Desention in the ranks and total control/power over everyone else.
